Experiment, don't let this sample be a substitute for good judgement/innovation!
For our unit:
? To identify the top three coaching challenges that, if accomplished, would have the greatest impact for our unit.
For the staff:
? To understand each person at a deeper level (their goals, interests, and values).
? To write a description of the results you like to see come from your coaching efforts with each person.
? To document a stretch/developmental plan with each person.
? To implement a "notes" system for formal recognition of efforts.
For me:
? To implement a formal 360? feedback system to evaluate my effectiveness as a coach.
? To continue to learn and improve my skills as a coach.
