In the business world, the use of a personal coach is increasing. Much has been written on how to be a good coach as well as numerous certifications programs for coaches are available. Little attention has been paid to understanding what the other person does that contributes to a productive coaching relationship. The purpose of this survey is to better understand what the other person can do to get the most from their coach.
