Mentoring Boundaries Survey

We are interested in exploring the boundaries of a business mentoring relationship.  At the heart of the mentoring relationship are the topics discussed and advice offered by the mentor.  Is everything "fair game" and within bounds or are certain topics/advice "out of bounds"?
