How Do We Organize Ourselves to maximize efficiency?
Schedule meetings three months in
advance. At the last meeting of the month, we will schedule a new month.
Start and end on time.
Our standard agenda distributed
in advance.
Identify targets and milestones
and track progress.
Each team member is responsible
for "catching up" if a meeting is missed. We will use the buddy system to obtain
information.
Take stretch break at mid-session
At end of meeting clarify
assignments, highlight next meeting topics, and critique.
Use a gatekeeper to keep us on
agenda and timetable, but remain flexible.
- Notes will be distributed five working days after
each meeting.
