A process for establishing ownership

For each of the four top critical leverage areas defined in Chapter 3:

1. A separate person on the LT needs to take ownership for each.
2. The owner records on a flip chart a brainstorming discussion with the LT of the outcomes expected from that leverage area.
3. For the next meeting, the owner will clean up and make a straw person recommendation to the entire LT.
